Collabora Office Impress AutoLayouts use placeholders for slide titles, text, and objects. To select a placeholder, press +Enter. To move to the next placeholder, press +Enter again.

If you press +Enter after you reach the last placeholder in a slide, a new slide is inserted after the current slide. The new slide uses the same layout as the current slide.

To start a Slide Show

To start a slide show from the beginning, press F5.

To start a slide show from the current slide, press Shift+F5.

前進至下一張投影片或下一個動畫效果

空格鍵

進至下一張投影片而不放映物件動畫效果。

+PageDown

返回前一張投影片

+PageUp

移至特定的投影片

鍵入投影片的頁碼，然後按 Enter 鍵。

停止放映投影片

Esc 或 -。

投影片整理

當您首次切換至 [投影片整理] 時，請按 Enter 鍵，將鍵盤焦點變更至工作區域。否則，按 F6 鍵瀏覽至工作區域，然後按 Enter 鍵。

選取和取消選取投影片

使用方向鍵瀏覽至您要選取的投影片，然後按空格鍵。若要加入選擇中，請使用方向鍵瀏覽至您要加入的投影片，然後再次按空格鍵。若要取消選取投影片，請瀏覽至投影片，然後按空格鍵。

複製投影片：

1. Use the arrow keys to navigate to the slide that you want to copy, and then press +C.

2. Move to the slide where you want to paste the copied slide, and then press +V.

移動投影片：

1. Use the arrow keys to navigate to the slide that you want to move, and then press +X.

2. Position the cursor where you want to move the slide, and then press +V.

3. 選取放置在目前投影片[之前]或[之後]，然後按一下[確定]。
