1. 選擇 [檔案] - [開啟新檔] - [資料庫]。

   This opens the Database Wizard, where you create a new database file.

2. 在「資料庫精靈」中，選取資料庫類型，然後選取要開啟「表格精靈」作為下一個精靈的選項。

   The Table Wizard helps you to add a table to the new database file.
