编辑区域

您可以保护和隐藏文档中的区域，也可以将区域转换成普通文字。

1. 选择格式 - 区域。

2. 在「区域」列表，点击想要修改的区域。您可以按 +A 选择列表中的全部区域，然后可以按 Shift+click 或 +click 再选择一些区域。

3. 执行以下操作之一:

• 要将区域转换为普通文本，请点击「移除」。

• 要使区域只读，请选择「写保护」区域的「受保护」复选框。

• Add an optional protection password. The password can be empty and no password will be required to remove protection. If the password is not empty, it will be required to unprotect the section.

• 要隐藏区域，请选择「隐藏」区域的「Hide」复选框。

Editing Read-Only Contents

A warning message is displayed if you try to edit protected sections.

To remove protection of a section, do the following:

1. Choose Format - Sections.

2. Select the section to unprotect in the Section area of the dialog.

3. Uncheck the Protect option in the Write Protection area of the dialog.

4. If the section was protected with a non-empty password, type the password into the dialog that opens.

5. Click OK .
