Automatic Check Spelling

Collabora Office can automatically check spelling while you type and underline possible misspelled words with a red wavy line.

Så här kontrollerar du stavning automatiskt medan du skriver

1. Choose Tools - Automatic Spell Checking.

2. Högerklicka på ett ord med en röd, vågig understrykning, och välj sedan något av de ersättningsord som föreslås i listan, eller från undermenyn AutoKorrigering.

If you choose a word from the AutoCorrect submenu, the underlined word and the replacement word are automatically added to the AutoCorrect list for the current language. To view the AutoCorrect list, choose Tools - AutoCorrect - AutoCorrect Options, and then click the Replace tab.

Du kan också lägga till det understrukna ordet i den personliga ordlistan genom att välja Lägg till.

Så här utesluter du ord från rättstavningskontrollen

1. Markera de ord som du vill undanta.

2. Klicka på Språkkontroll på statuslisten när du vill öppna menyn.

3. Choose "None (Do not check spelling)".
