Fotnot/slutnot

Redigerar förankringsplatsen för den markerade slutnoten eller fotnoten. Klicka framför eller bakom noten, och välj det här kommandot.

Så här använder du det här kommandot...

Choose Edit - Reference - Footnote or Endnote

Om du vill ändra texten i en fotnot eller slutnot klickar du i fotnotsområdet längst ned på sidan, eller i slutet av dokumentet.

To quickly jump to the footnote or endnote text, click the anchor for note in the document. You can also position the cursor in front of or behind the marker, and then press +Shift+PgDn. To jump back to the anchor for the note, press PgUp.

Nummer

Anger numreringsformatet för fotnoten eller slutnoten.

Automatiskt

Automatically assigns consecutive numbers to the footnotes or endnotes that you insert. To change the settings for automatic numbering, choose Tools - Footnote/Endnote Settings.

Tecken

Choose this option to define a character or symbol for the current footnote. This can be either a letter, number or special character.

Välj

Inserts a special character as a footnote or endnote anchor.

To change the format of a footnote or endnote anchor or text, select it, and then choose Format - Character. You can press to open the Styles window and modify the footnote or endnote paragraph style.

Typ

Markera den typ av not som du ska infoga (slutnot eller fotnot). Den text som hör till en fotnot infogas längst ned på sidan, och texten för en slutnot infogas i slutet av dokumentet.

Fotnot

Konverterar en slutnot till en fotnot.

Slutnot

Konverterar en fotnot till en slutnot.

Vänsterpil

Går till föregående fotnot eller slutnot i dokumentet.

Föregående fotnot

Högerpil

Går till nästa fotnot eller slutnot i dokumentet.
