Formátovanie registra alebo obsahu

V dialógu Vložiť register je možné na register použiť rôzne štýly odseku, priradiť položkám hypertextové odkazy, zmeniť rozvrhnutie alebo zmeniť farbu pozadia registra.

To Apply a Different Paragraph Style to an Index Level

1. Right-click in the index or table of contents, then choose Edit Index.

2. Kliknite na záložku Štýly.

3. V zozname Úrovne kliknite na úroveň registra.

4. V zozname Štýly odseku kliknite na štýl, ktorý chcete použiť.

5. Kliknite na tlačidlo priradenie <.

6. Kliknite na OK.

To Assign Hyperlinks to Entries in a Table of Contents

Položkám v obsahu je možné priradiť odkaz do textu ako hypertextový odkaz.

1. Right-click in the table of contents, then choose Edit Index.

2. Kliknite na záložku Položky.

3. In the Level list click the index level for which you want to assign hyperlinks.

4. In the Structure area, click in the box in front of N#, and then click Hyperlink.

5. Kliknite do poľa za E a potom znovu kliknite na tlačidlo Hyper. odkaz.

6. Repeat for each index level that should use a hyperlink, or click the All button to apply the formatting to all levels.
