Os campos são utilizados para introduzir informações sobre o documento atual como, por exemplo, o nome do ficheiro, o modelo, as estatísticas, os dados do utilizador, a data e a hora.

To insert a field in your document, first select the field Type, then click in the Select list, to choose which information item should be inserted, then click Insert.

Tipo

Lists the available field types.

Tipo	Select list
Autor	Name or initials of current user (as entered in - Collabora Office - User Data).
Data	Inserts the current date. You can insert the date as a fixed field - Date (fixed) - that does not change, or as a dynamic field - Date - that it is updated automatically. To manually update the Date field, press F9.
Nome do ficheiro	Introduz o nome do ficheiro e/ou o caminho do diretório do documento atual, bem como o nome do ficheiro sem extensão.
Título	Shows the heading number and/or the heading contents of a heading prior to the inserted field.
Página	Introduz o número da página atual, anterior ou seguinte.
Paragraph Signature	Inserts a meta-data field with a digital signature for the paragraph. You must have a digital certificate to sign a paragraph.
Remetente	Inserts fields containing user data. You can change the user-data that is displayed by choosing - Collabora Office - User Data.
Estatística	Inserts document statistics, such as page and word counts, as a field. To view the statistics of a document, choose File - Properties, and then click the Statistics tab.
Modelos	Inserts the filename, the filename without the file extension, the path, or the path and filename of the current template. You can also insert the Template name and Category of the current template.
Hora	Inserts the current time. You can insert the time as a fixed field - Time (fixed) - that does not change, or as a dynamic field - Time - that it is updated automatically. To manually update the Time field, press F9.

To quickly insert a field from the Select list, double-click the field.

Formato

If a field is displaying a date, time or number, then Format is used to customize the appearance of the date, time, or number. Common formats are shown in the Format window, or click "Additional formats" to define a custom format.

When you click "Additional formats", the Number Format dialog opens, where you can define a custom format.

For type Heading, choose the format Heading number to display the heading number with the separator specified in Tools - Heading Numbering.

Choose Heading number without separator to display the heading number alone without the separator.

If the selected heading is not numbered, then the field is left blank.

For the HTML export and import of date and time fields, special Collabora Office formats are used.

Conteúdo fixo

Introduz o campo como um conteúdo estático, ou seja, que não pode ser atualizado.

Up to level

Use this option with type Heading to specify which heading to display. The displayed heading is the first one before the field, whose outline level is equal to or less than the specified value.

Deslocamento

Introduza o valor de deslocamento que pretende aplicar a um campo de número de página, como, por exemplo, "+1".

With an Offset value of 1, the field will display a number that is 1 more than the current page number, but only if a page with that number exists. On the last page of the document, this same field will be empty.

Se quiser alterar o número da página atual e não o número apresentado, não utilize o valor de Deslocamento. Para alterar os números das páginas, consulte o guia sobre Números de página.
