Numatytojoje el. pašto programoje atveriamas naujas langas su dabartiniu dokumentu kaip priedu. Naudojamas dabartinis failo formatas. Jei dokumentas yra naujas ir neįrašytas, naudojamas čia nurodomas formatas „Collabora Office“ → NuostatosĮrankiai → Parinktys → Įkėlimas ir įrašymas → Bendra.
Veikiamasis dokumentas įrašomas PDF v1.4 formatu. PDF failą, jei įdiegta tokio formato dokumentų peržiūros programa, galima atverti ir spausdinti bet kurioje operacinėje sistemoje – įrašytas formatavimas nebus iškraipytas.
