Field

The submenu lists the most common field types that can be inserted into a document at the current cursor position. To view all of the available fields, choose More Fields.

「メニューバー」から

[挿入]>[フィールド]を選択します。

「コンテキストメニュー」から

Open context menu - choose Edit Field (inserted fields)

From the tabbed interface:

[挿入]>[フィールド]を選択します。

Choose Reference - Field.

On the References menu of the References tab, choose Field.

ページ番号

Inserts the current page number as a field at the cursor position. The default setting is for it to use the Page Number character style.

ページ総数

ドキュメント内のページ総数を、フィールド形式で挿入します。

日付

現在の日付を、フィールド形式で挿入します。この場合の表示形式には、日付の標準書式が適用されます。なお、日付の自動更新は行われません。

時刻

現在の時刻を、フィールド形式で挿入します。時刻の情報は、オペレーティングシステムから直接取得されます。なお、この場合のフィールドは固定形式になるため、F9 キーを押しても現在の時刻に更新されません。

タイトル

ドキュメントのプロパティでタイトルとして登録した内容を、フィールド形式で挿入します。このフィールドに表示される内容は、ファイル → プロパティ → 概要タブのタイトルフィールドに登録してあるものです。

Inserts the name of the person who created the document here as a field. The field applies the entry made under - Collabora Office - User data.

テーマ

ドキュメントのプロパティにフィールドとして指定するテーマを挿入します。このフィールドには、ファイル → プロパティ → 概要タブのテーマフィールドで入力されたデータが表示されます。
