From the menu bar:

Choose Data - Pivot Table - Refresh.

From the tabbed interface:

Choose Data - Refresh Pivot Table.

On the Data menu of the Data tab, choose Refresh.

From the context menu:

Choose Refresh.

From toolbars:

After you import an Excel spreadsheet that contains a Pivot table, click in the table, and then choose \<emph\>Data - DataPilot - Refresh\</emph\>.
