Especifique o formato das entradas na táboa decontidos.

Escolla a lapela Inserir - Índice e índice analítico - Índice, índice analítico ou bibliografía - Entradas (cando o tipo seleccionado é Índice)

Nivel

Seleccione o nivel que quere definir.

Estrutura e formatado

O Estrutura liña define como as entradas no índice son compostas. Para cambiar a aparencia dunha entrada, pode introducir códigos ou texto nas caixas baleiras nesta liña. Tamén pode premer nunha caixa baleira ou nun código, e prema nun botón do código.

To delete a code from the Structure line, click the code, and then press the Delete key on your keyboard.
Para substituír un código de Estrutura liña, prema no código e, a seguir, prema no botón de código.

Para engadir un código ao Estrutura liña, prema nunha caixa baleira e prema nun botón do código.

Numbering (N#)

Inserts the heading number or list number of the entry. To enable heading numbering, choose Tools - Heading Numbering.

Texto da entrada (E)

Inserts the text of the selected entry.

Tabulación (T)

Insireunha parada de tabulación. Para engadir líder puntos para a parada detabulación, seleccione un carácter na caixa de caracteres Encha. Para cambiar a posición da parada de tabulación, introduza un valorna Tab deixar posición caixa, ou seleccione o Aliñará dereita caixa de opción.

Número de páxina (#)

Insire onúmero da páxina de entrada.

Hiperligazón (LS e LE)

Creates a hyperlink for the part of the entry that you enclose by the opening (LS) and the closing (LE) hyperlink tags. On the Structure line, click in the empty box in front of the part that you want to create a hyperlink for, and then click this button. Click in the empty box after the part that you want to hyperlink, and then click this button again. All hyperlinks must be unique.

Estilo de carácter

Specify a character style for the selected icon in the Structure.

Editar

Abre undiálogo onde pode editar o estilo de carácter seleccionado.

Formato

Only visible when you click the N# button in the Structure line. Select to show the heading number with or without separator.

Show up to level

Enter the maximum number of levels to show of the heading number. For example, select “3” to show up to three levels. If the heading number has fewer than three levels, then the actual number is shown.
