Field

The submenu lists the most common field types that can be inserted into a document at the current cursor position. To view all of the available fields, choose More Fields.

Sivunumerot

Inserts the current page number as a field at the cursor position. The default setting is for it to use the Page Number character style.

Sivumäärä

Lisätään kenttä, jossa on asiakirjan sivujen kokonaismäärä.

Päivämäärä

Lisätään ajankohdan päivämäärä kenttänä. Kentässä käytetään oletuspäivämäärä-muotoa eikä päivämäärä päivittäydy.

Aika

Lisätään ajankohdan kellonaika kenttänä. Kellonaika otetaan käyttöjärjestelmästä asetukset huomioiden. Tässä käytetään muuttumatonta aikamuotoa, jota ei voi päivittää F9-funktionäppäimellä.

Otsikko

Lisätään asiakirjan ominaisuuksissa määritelty otsikko kenttänä. Tässä kentässä näkyy Tiedosto - Ominaisuudet - Kuvaus-lehden Otsikko-kenttään annetut tiedot.

Inserts the name of the person who created the document here as a field. The field applies the entry made under - Collabora Office - User data.
