Accessibility

Sets options that make Collabora Office programs more accessible for users with reduced sight, limited dexterity or other disabilities.

Animations

• System: previews the animation of animated images according to system settings.

• Yes/No: enable or disable animations.

Allow animated images

Previews animated graphics, such as GIF images, in Collabora Office.

Allow animated text

Previews animated text, such as blinking and scrolling, in Collabora Office.

Allow other animations

Controls if certain other animations (for example 'marching ants' animation when copying a cell in Calc) are enabled.

High contrast

High contrast is an operating system setting that changes the system color scheme to improve readability. You can decide how Collabora Office uses the high contrast settings of the operating system.

Cell borders and shadows are always shown in text color when high contrast mode is active. The cell background color is ignored then.

• Automatic: uses high contrast according to system settings.

• Disable/Enable: overrides the high contrast system settings.

Use automatic font color for screen display

Displays fonts in Collabora Office using the system color settings. This option only affects the screen display.

Use system colors for page previews

Applies the high contrast settings of the operating system to page previews.

Miscellaneous options

Use text selection cursor in read-only text document

Displays cursor in read-only documents.

Accessibility Check Options

Enable the accessibility checks for Collabora Office. These checks are performed when you select Tools - Accessibility Check.

Enable All

Enables all available accessibility check options.
