Files

Adds new files to the selected theme.

To access this command...

Choose Tools - Gallery or click the Gallery icon on the Standard bar -
New Theme button - Files tab.

Select the type of file that you want to add.

Lists the available files. Select the file(s) that you want to add, and then click Add. To add all of the files in the list, click Add All.

Locate the directory containing the files that you want to add, and then click OK.

Adds the selected file(s) to the current theme.

Adds all of the files in the list to the current theme.

Displays or hides a preview of the selected file.

Displays a preview of the selected file.
