Insert or Edit Index Entry

Marca el text seleccionat com a entrada d'índex o taula de continguts, o edita l'entrada d'índex seleccionada.

You can leave the Insert Index Entry and Edit Index Entry dialogs open while you select and insert or edit entries.

Índex

Seleccioneu l'índex al qual voleu afegir l'entrada.

When editing an index entry, displays the type of index that the selected entry belongs to. You cannot change the index type of an index entry in this dialog. Instead, you must delete the index entry from the document, and then insert it again in a different index type.

Índex nou definit per l'usuari

Obre el diàleg Crea un índex nou definit per l'usuari on podreu crear un índex personalitzat.

Nom

Introduïu un nom per a l'índex nou definit per l'usuari. L'índex nou s'afegeix a la llista d'índexs i de taules disponibles.

Entrada

Mostra el text seleccionat en el document. Si ho voleu, podeu introduir una paraula diferent per a l'entrada d'índex. El text seleccionat en el document no canviarà.

Or, edit the index entry if necessary. When you modify the index entry, the new text only appears in the index, and not at the index entry anchor in the document. For example, you can enter an index with comments such as "Basics, see also General".

Actualitza l'entrada a partir de la selecció

Click the icon to update Entry with the current text selection in the document.

1a tecla

Fa que la selecció actual sigui una subentrada de la paraula que heu introduït aquí. Per exemple, si seleccioneu "fred", i introduïu "temps" com a primera clau, l'entrada de l'índex serà "temps, fred".

2a tecla

Fa que la selecció actual sigui una subentrada de la primera clau. Per exemple, si seleccioneu "fred", i introduïu "temps" com a primera clau i "hivern" com a segona clau, l'entrada d'índex serà "temps, hivern, fred".

Lectura fonètica

Introduïu la lectura fonètica de l'entrada corresponent. Per exemple, si una paraula del kanji japonès té més d'una pronunciació, introduïu la correcta com a paraula katakana. La paraula kanji aleshores s'ordena d'acord amb la lectura fonètica de l'entrada. Aquesta opció només està disponible si s'ha habilitat la compatibilitat amb les llengües asiàtiques.

Entrada principal

Fa que el text seleccionat sigui l'entrada principal en un índex alfabètic. El Collabora Office mostra el número de pàgina de l'entrada principal en un format diferent a la resta d'entrades d'índex.

Nivell de l'índex

Specify the index level for the inserted index entry.

The following three options are available when a text selection is loaded in Entry, either by selecting the text in the document and then opening the dialog, or by using Update entry from selection in the dialog.

Aplica a la resta d'ocurrències

Automatically marks all other occurrences of the selected text in the document. For a modified entry, the match is conducted on the original selection, but the modified entry is inserted as the index entry. Text in headers, footers, and frames is not included.

Només paraules completes

Cerca paraules completes o cel·les idèntiques al text de cerca.

Distingeix entre majúscules i minúscules

Matches the exact character provided in the Find box without considering any alternative case matches.

Per incloure totes les aparicions d'un fragment de text en un índex, seleccioneu el text, trieu Edita ▸ Cerca i reemplaça, i feu clic a Cerca-ho tot. Després trieu Insereix ▸ Índex general i índex ▸ Entrada i feu clic a Insereix.

Insereix

Marca una entrada d'índex al vostre text.

Tanca

Tanca el diàleg.

Suprimeix

Suprimeix l'entrada seleccionada de l'índex. No se suprimeix el text de l'entrada en el document.

The following navigation buttons are only available in the Edit Index Entry dialog.

Jumps to the previous index entry with the same entry and type as the current index entry.

Entrada següent (mateix nom)

Jumps to the next index entry with the same entry and type as the current index entry.
