Llista

Accepteu o rebutgeu canvis individuals.

La pestanya Llista mostra tots els canvis que s'han enregistrat al document actual. Per a filtrar aquesta llista, feu clic a la pestanya Filtre i seleccioneu els criteris de filtre que vulgueu aplicar.

Camp de selecció

Lists the changes that were recorded in the document. When you select an entry in the list, the change is highlighted in the document. To sort the list, click a column heading. Hold down while you click to select multiple entries in the list.

Per a editar el comentari d'una entrada de la llista, feu clic a l'entrada amb el botó dret del ratolí i trieu Edita ▸ Comentari.

Un cop accepteu o rebutgeu un canvi, es tornen a ordenar les entrades de la llista en funció de quin siga el seu estat: "Acceptat" o "Rebutjat".

Acció

Enumera els canvis que s'han fet en el document.

Autor

Lists the user who made the change.

Data

Lists the date and time that the change was made.

Comentari

Lists the comments that are attached to the change.

Accepta

Accepts the selected change and removes the highlighting from the change in the document.

Rebutja

Rebutja el canvi seleccionat i suprimeix el realçament del canvi al document.

Accepta-ho tot

Accepta tots els canvis i suprimeix el realçament del document.

Rebutja'ls tots

Rebutja tots els canvis i suprimeix el realçament del document.

El menú contextual de la llista conté més ordes:

Edita el comentari

Edita el comentari per al canvi seleccionat.

Ordena

Ordena la llista en funció de les capçaleres de columna.

Acció

Ordena la llista en funció del tipus de canvi.

Autor

Sorts the list according to the author.

Data

Sorts the list according to the date and time.

Comentari

Sorts the list according to the comments that are attached to the changes.

Posició del document

Sorts the list in a descending order according to the position of the changes in the document. This is the default sorting method.
