Positions the selected paragraph before the one above it.
If you have numbered paragraphs and click the Move Up icon, the numbers will be adjusted to the current order. The Move Up icon is only visible when the cursor is positioned in a bulleted or numbered list.
The Move Up icon appears on the Text Formatting bar when you use the outline view.
This function can be called by pressing CommandCtrl+Up Arrow.
