以下列出的某些快捷键可能已被您的操作系统占用。被操作系统占用的快捷键不能用于 Collabora Office. 如果出现了这种情况，请在「工具 - 自定义 - 键盘」中为 Collabora Office 绑定不同的快捷键。

您可以通过键盘访问 Collabora Office Impress 命令，浏览工作空间。Collabora Office Impress 使用与 Collabora Office Draw 相同的快捷键来创建绘图对象。

选择占位符

Collabora Office Impress AutoLayouts use placeholders for slide titles, text, and objects. To select a placeholder, press +Enter. To move to the next placeholder, press +Enter again.

If you press +Enter after you reach the last placeholder in a slide, a new slide is inserted after the current slide. The new slide uses the same layout as the current slide.

幻灯片放映过程中

To start a Slide Show

To start a slide show from the beginning, press F5.

To start a slide show from the current slide, press Shift+F5.

前进到下一张幻灯片或下一个动画效果

「空格键」

前进到下一张幻灯片，但不播放对象动画效果

+向下翻页

返回上一张幻灯片

+向上翻页

跳到特定幻灯片

输入幻灯片页码，然后按「Enter」键。

停止幻灯片放映

「Esc」或「-」。

幻灯片浏览

第一次切换到「幻灯片浏览」时，按「Enter」键可以将键盘焦点切换到工作空间。也可以按「F6」键浏览到工作空间，然后再按「Enter」键。

选择和取消选择幻灯片

使用箭头键浏览到要选择的幻灯片，然后按「空格」键。要选择更多的幻灯片，请使用箭头键找到要添加的幻灯片，然后再次按「空格」键。要取消选择幻灯片，请找到该幻灯片，然后按「空格」键。

复制幻灯片:

1. Use the arrow keys to navigate to the slide that you want to copy, and then press +C.

2. Move to the slide where you want to paste the copied slide, and then press +V.

移动幻灯片:

1. Use the arrow keys to navigate to the slide that you want to move, and then press +X.

2. Position the cursor where you want to move the slide, and then press +V.

3. 选择相对于当前幻灯片的位置:「之前」或「之后」，然后点击「确定」。
