Manage Names

Opens a dialog where you can manage names in the spreadsheet.

From the menu bar:

Choose Sheet - Named Ranges and Expressions - Manage.

From the tabbed interface:

Choose Insert - Manage Names.

Choose Data - Manage Names.

On the Insert menu of the Insert tab, choose Manage.

From toolbars:

From the keyboard:

Other

On the drop-down list in the Name Box of the Formula Bar, select Manage Names.

Names area

Select a named range or named formula from the list to modify its properties.

名称

输入要定义引用或公式表达式的区域名称。电子表格中已定义的所有区域名称都在上面的文本字段中列出。如果点击列表中的名称, 文档中的相应引用将显示蓝色框架。如果多个单元格区域属于同一区域名称, 则它们将显示不同颜色的框架。

区域或公式表达式

选中区域名称的引用在此显示为绝对值。

要插入一个新的引用区域，将光标置于该字段，用鼠标选择电子表格中工作表内的所需区域。要插入新的命名公式, 请输入公式表达式。

Shrink / Expand

Click the Shrink icon to reduce the dialog to the size of the input field. It is then easier to mark the required reference in the sheet. The icons then automatically convert to the Expand icon. Click it to restore the dialog to its original size.

当您在工作表中点击鼠标按钮并拖动一个区域时，对话框自动缩小。一旦您放开鼠标按钮，对话框便重新用完整大小显示，而用鼠标定义的区域引用在文档中用一个蓝色的边框被突出强调出来。

选择命名区域或命名公式的作用域。「文档 (全局)」表示名称对整个文档有效。选择任何其他工作表名称都将限制命名区域或公式表达式的作用域为那个工作表。

范围选项

允许您指定引用的「区域类型」(可选)。

指定其他关于引用区域类型的选项。

打印区域

将区域定义为打印范围。

筛选器

将选中区域定义为在「高级筛选器」中使用。

重复的列

将区域定义为重复的列。

重复的行

将区域定义为重复的行。

添加

点击「添加」按钮添加新定义的名称。

删除

确认后删除选中元素。
