User Data

Use this tab page to enter or edit user data. Some of the data may have already been entered by the user or system administrator when installing Collabora Office.

General

Specifies the general settings for Collabora Office.

View

Specifies view options.

Print Options

Specifies the print setting options.

Paths

This section contains the default paths to important folders in Collabora Office. These paths can be edited by the user.

Fonts

Substitutes a font with a font of your choice. The substitution only replaces a font when it is displayed on screen or during printing. It does not change the font specified in your document formatting.

Security

Defines the security options for saving documents, for web connections, and for opening documents that contain macros.

Application Colours

Sets the colours for the Collabora Office user interface. You can save the current settings as colour scheme and load them later.

Accessibility

Sets options that make Collabora Office programs more accessible for users with reduced sight, limited dexterity or other disabilities.

Advanced

Specifies the support options for Java applications in Collabora Office, including which Java Runtime Environment (JRE) to use. It also specifies whether to use experimental (unstable) features such as macro recording.

Basic IDE

Defines the settings for the Basic IDE (Integrated Development Environment) to help edit macros in Basic.

Online Update

Specifies some options for the automatic notification and downloading of online updates to Collabora Office.

OpenCL

OpenCL is a technology to speed up calculation on large spreadsheets.

Reset

Resets changes made to the current tab to those applicable when this dialogue box was opened.
