IsMissing Function

Tests if a function is called with an optional parameter.

Syntax:

IsMissing( ArgumentName )

Parameters:

ArgumentName: the name of an optional argument.

IsMissing returns True if no value has been passed for the ArgumentName; otherwise, it returns False.
