Доступ к этой команде

Выберите Файл - Создать.

New icon on the Standard bar (the icon shows the type of the new document).

Если вы хотите создать документ из шаблона, выберите Создать - Шаблоны.

Шаблон - это файл, в котором содержатся элементы оформления документа, в том числе стили форматирования, фоны, врезки, графические объекты, файлы, поля, разметка страниц и текст.
