Welcome to Collabora Office. Thank you for using the Collabora Office application help. Press F1 whenever you need help using Collabora Office.

U ziet het Startcentrum als er geen document is geopend in Collabora Office. Het is in twee panelen verdeeld. Klik in het linker paneel op een pictogram om een nieuw document of een dialoogvenster voor bestanden te openen.

Bestaand bestand openen

Het pictogram Een document openen geeft een dialoogvenster bestand openen.

De knop Extern bestand openen geeft een dialoogvenster Externe bestanden om bestanden te openen die op een externe server staan.

Click the Recent Documents button to show thumbnails of the most recent documents you opened in the right side of the window. Hover your mouse over the thumbnail to highlight the document, display a tip about the document location and display an icon on the top right to delete the thumbnail from the pane and from the recent files list. Click on the thumbnail to open the document underneath.

You can remove an item from the Recent Documents list by clicking the button in the upper-right corner of the icon. The document itself is not deleted. You can remove all items on the Recent Documents list by pressing the Recent Documents dropdown button and selecting Clear Recent Documents.

Working with Templates

Click the Templates button to display templates for all applications in the right side of the window.

Click the down arrow after the Templates button to open a menu where you can select a filter to display templates by application type or open the Template Manager dialog.

Klik met rechts op een sjabloon in het rechter paneel om een menu te openen waar u de sjabloon kunt openen om een nieuw document op basis van de sjabloon te maken of de sjabloon zelf te bewerken.

Maken:

De knoppen voor de documenten openen elk een document van het gespecificeerde type.

• Tekstdocument opent Collabora Office Writer

• Werkblad opent Collabora Office Calc

• Presentatie opent Collabora Office Impress

• Tekening opent Collabora Office Draw

• Formule opent Collabora Office Math

• Base Database opens Collabora Office Base

De knop Extensies opent de internetpagina https://extensions.libreoffice.org/, waar u sjablonen en aanvullende functies kunt downloaden voor Collabora Office.
