変数

Variable fields let you add dynamic content to your document. For example, you can use a variable to reset the page numbering.

種類

使用可能なフィールドタイプが、リスト中に一覧されます。ドキュメント中へフィールドを挿入するには、フィールドタイプを選択してから、選択リスト中のフィールドを選択して、挿入をクリックします。使用可能なフィールドタイプとしては、次のものが用意されています。

種類	説明
変数の設定	Defines a variable and its value. You can change the value of a variable by clicking in front of the variable field, and then choosing Edit - Field.
変数の表示	Inserts the current value of the variable that you click in the Select list.
DDE フィールド	DDE リンクの挿入。このリンクは割り当てられた名前で繰り返し更新できます。
数式の挿入	固定値または数式の結果の挿入。
入力フィールド	変数またはユーザーフィールドの新しい値の挿入。入力フィールドで指定する変数値は、該当フィールドのドキュメント上の挿入位置より下方がその有効範囲となります。この変数値をドキュメント上の特定の位置で変更するには、同じ名前で異なる値を指定した入力フィールドを、該当位置に別途挿入します。これに対してユーザー欄の場合、設定値の有効範囲はドキュメント全体になります。 The variables are displayed in the Select field. When you click the Insert button, the dialog Review Fields appears, where you can enter the new value or additional text as a remark.
連番	Inserts automatic numbering for tables, graphics, or frames.
ページ変数の設定	ページのカウントを新しく開始する基準点をドキュメントに挿入します。「オン」を選択すると基準点が有効になり、「オフ」を選択すると無効になります。また、ページを別の数字から数え直すオフセット (修正値) も入力できます。
Show page variable	ページ変数の設定で設定した基準点からのページ番号が表示されます。
ユーザー欄	ユーザー定義のグローバル変数の挿入。ユーザーフィールドを使用すると、条件文のための変数を定義できます。ユーザーフィールドを変更すると、以前このドキュメントに挿入したこのユーザーフィールドはすべて更新されます。

Select

Lists the available fields for the field type selected in the Type list. To insert a field, click the field, and then click Insert.

To quickly insert a field from the Select list, hold down and double-click the field.

書式

選択したフィールドに適用する書式を選択します。「その他の書式」をクリックすると、書式をユーザー定義できます。

名前

Type the name of the user-defined field that you want to create. This option is available for "Set variable", "DDE field", "Number range" and "User Field" field types.

ユーザー定義のフィールドは、現在のドキュメント内でのみ使用できます。

Value

Enter the contents that you want to add to a user-defined field.

書式リストで、値をテキストと数値のどちらで挿入するかを指定します。

次のテキストボックスは、該当するフィールドタイプを選択したときにだけアクティブになります。

HTML ドキュメント内では、HTML ON と HTML OFF という 2 つの追加フィールドを Set variable フィールドで利用できます。値ファイルを HTML ドキュメントとして保存するとき、入力ボックスに入力したテキストは選択したオプションによって、HTML の開くタグ (<Value>) または HTML の閉じるタグ (</Value>) に変換されます。

DDE Statement

DDE 指示の基本的な構文は、「<Server> <Topic> <Item>」です。ここで Server には、データのあるアプリケーションの DDE 名を指定します。Topic にはアイテム (通常はファイル名) の置かれた位置を指定し、Item には実際のオブジェクトを指定します。

This option is only available if the "DDE field" field type is selected.

数式

This option is only available if the "Insert Formula" field type is selected.

ヒント

ここには、各フィールドタイプのヒントを入力します。

修正

ここには、ページ番号のフィールドに適用するオフセット値 (補正値) を「+1」のような形式で入力します。

This option is only available if the "Set page variable" field type is selected.

非表示

Hides the field contents in the document. The field is inserted as a thin gray mark in the document. This option is only available for the "Set Variable" and "User Field" field types.

Numbering by Chapter

章ごとに番号付け (連番) をやり直すオプションを設定します。

レベル

ここでレベルを指定すると、ドキュメント上で該当レベルの見出し (章レベル) が始まるごとに、番号付けの連番がリセットされます。

区切り記号

見出しや章レベル間の区切り記号として使用する文字を入力します。

Numbering by Chapter, Level and Separator are only available for the "Number range" field type.

Adds the user-defined field to the Select list.

削除

Removes the user-defined field from the select list. You can only remove fields that are not used in the current document. To remove a field that is used in the current document from the list, first delete all instances of the field in the document, and then remove it from the list.
